Introduction
This agreement is between you (the user) and Evuzzo and governs your use of the website www.knowledgehut.com, mobile apps, and online certification programs and trainings (collectively the “Platform” and “Programs”). By using the Platform or enrolling in Programs, you agree to these terms.
User Accounts and Registration
To participate in most Platform activities and Programs, you must register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and abide by Program terms. Evuzzo may obtain information about you and your Program performance and share it with partners. You agree Evuzzo can contact you for service and marketing purposes.
Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required to enroll in Programs unless otherwise agreed. During any trial period, you may request a refund subject to deductions. After the trial period, no refunds are provided. Evuzzo partners with third-party payment providers. Failure to pay may result in withdrawal of Program access. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions. Evuzzo may cancel, reschedule or modify Programs at its discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, Programs and content are owned by Evuzzo or its partners and protected by IP laws.Evuzzo grants you a limited license to access the Platform and Programs for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from the content. User content remains owned by the user. By submitting user content, you grant Evuzzo a broad license to use it. Evuzzorespects third-party IP and has a notice and takedown policy for infringement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and Programs are provided “as is” without warranties. Evuzzo is not liable for any issues arising from your use of the Platform or Programs.
Limitation of Liability
Evuzzo and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to your use of the Platform or Programs, with liability limited to ₹1000 or the Program fees paid.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Evuzzo against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or Programs in violation of these terms or any laws.
Termination
Evuzzo may terminate your account or Program access at its discretion, including for breach of these terms. Termination may occur without notice and without liability to Evuzzo.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai. Evuzzo may freely assign its rights and obligations. You may not assign without Evuzzo consent.
